If you notice any damage, you must make a note of it when signing for the delivery. If you do not note the transportation-related damage on the delivery receipt, it will not be covered. If your item(s) arrive damaged, be sure to mark 'damage' and the specifics of the damage on the freight slip.       Great Bike Value, Fast Delivery, Easy Assembly

      Great price on this bike but more important is the overall quality. My neighbor had a Seagull which I test rode and immediately went home and ordered two for my wife and me. I love the design and the LARGE computer screen. The bike game in three pieces: frame with rear tire attached, front tire, handlebars. All other wiring, and cables were pre-installed so it was easily assembled in 30 minutes. I like the battery placement, charging system. It has an amazing amount of power for hill climbing. Best of all the bike was delivered faster than promised!!

      I did have to install a stem riser to raise the handlebars for comfort but was limited by the length of the wiring assembly. I would allow a little more length to the front cable harness. The battery is fairly difficult to remove,, maybe because of excess paint. I will solve that minor issue next.

      I got my segull ecotric in 3 days after ordering. put it together in less than forty five minutes. Took it out on a paved trail first n it handled like a dream. went up a pretty steep incline like nothing....got it to go bout 22mph full throttle on the flats im about 180lbs, so i then ripped up the mountain bike trail and it shedded man. other than the slick tires and the leather grips, wich i plan to upgrade, It was perfect for an old school thrasher like myself to get back in the saddle again. nice job guys.....

      Exceeded All Expectations

      Doing a large purchase online can be scary if you're not familiar with the company and I'm here to tell you it's well worth the risk. They over delivered, a better bike than what I expected, it was here in less than a week and so easy to put together. The bike is the best toy I've ever owned and I can't thank you enough.

      easy to assemble, the quietest ebike I have seen, lot of torc. Had issues with delivery but that was fedex.

      Great bike

      this is a great bike. I love it got almost 200 miles on it. There are 3 things I have to say about it, one the front rim is double walled (as is the back) but came with a short stim tube wich caused the stim to rip out of tube. The distance between the tires is to much, and can't put it on the bus racks for the local busses. The seat is a little to far from the handle bars. I use the bike to commute to and from work 10 miles each way on most days. Even runs well in a good down pour.

      Awesome Bike

      I absolutely love my Catalina Cruiser I received for my 69th birthday. I have to admit, I was a bit scared at first, but after my maiden voyage, I was hooked!
      I am averaging 10 miles a day and burning calories effortlessly. I rarely use the throttle because the pedal assist is so easy.
      I am having so much fun on this ebike and I can’t wait to get out on the bike trails in the Fall to enjoy all the beautiful colors.

      Nice Bike Heavy Duty for Bigger Guys

      Was looking for a Bike that is built for Bigger Guys and found this one. Working great and price was great also. Plenty of battery life for a day of riding and really makes a difference on pedaling uphill.

      Better than expected

      I purchased 2 e-bikes from Electric Zip and I must say these are like my title line says... better than expected. I was and still am very impressed with the quality of these bikes. I ride it everyday with a smile and can't wait to take it for a ride. Being able to go 3 times farther than I would on a regular bike is a plus all in itself. When I saw all the buttons and LCD screen I thought it was going to be a little confusing. Not at all. Very easy to use and fun to shift gears and adjust the PAS. I had to make a few small adjustments on the front brakes but that was easy as well and you get a nice tool kit to do what you need. I love this bike and have told all my friends and co-workers about them and to buy them from Andrew at Electric Zip. And finally... talking about Andrew, he is the most responsive, helpful and caring individual. I trust his company and I trust these bikes.

      1700 miles

      Well had this bike almost a years now 1700 miles on it I ride it to work everyday I'm in iowa n it was below 0 for over a week n as long as I rode it to work which is 3 miles each way I had no issues I did have it inside at home and at work the only issues I've had seem to be with a few things having threads crossed and when I went to adjust them they became nonworking after one was brake caliper adjustment barrel was cross threaded and had to buy new one other was brake handle clamp was cross threaded and the bolt wouldn't come out n broke so need to buy new one now other than that no complaints
