Your order will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days ( Ex: your order is placed on Wednesday, it will be shipped on Thursday or Friday. If your order is placed on Friday, it will be shipped on the next business days, Monday or latest will be Tuesday)
Once the item been shipped, you will receive the tracking number immediately to the email provided to us during checkout. You also have an option to get it updated by text, make sure you check that box after you placed an order

Who Shipped My Product & Is The Shipment Insured?
Most of the time, UPS & DHL Ground Service will be used to ship your order. Except for larger items, which will be shipped by Freight Shipping. (Don't worry, we take care shipping for you as well doesn't matter the size and weights)
Your shipment is fully insured against liability of damage. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If the item(s) for your order becomes available for shipping within 9 days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Returns are subject to suppliers' return policy (15 - 30 days depending on the manufacturers). All return must obtain an authorization code by email to firstname.lastname@example.org (No code will be given through a phone call )

Once the return is accepted by the manufacturer, it will be inspected and a refund will be issued within 5-8 business days if all the condition is met
To be eligible for a return, please refer to the following return policy
- Returns can only be made within the return period of the manufacturers
- All products must be in resalable condition.
- The product must be free from damages or defects.
- The product must not have been installed.
- If the product is returned in a non-salable condition, no refund will be given.
- You must return the product in its original packaging.
- You must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by us when setting up your return and the return address will be provided at the time of issuing RMA
- Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee
- If a freight item is returned due to not accepting delivery appointments or refusing to schedule an appointment with the shipping carrier in a timely manner; returned freight items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping charges.
- You are responsible for the return shipping charges.
- If the product is returned to the incorrect location the restocking fee will vary.
- All sales are final on products marked “Non-Returnable”.
- Specially ordered items and custom products are non-returnable and cannot be canceled once production has started.
- Parcel or freight items that are selectively returned by refusal at time of delivery are subject to a 25% restocking fee. And All shipping charges are always non-refundable, including the Free Shipping.
- ALL ACCESSORIES ARE NOT RETURNABLE
To make sure your order is shipped quickly and arrived quickly, Cancellations can be made within 12 hours starting from the time of the order ( Since we are using a top-notch shipping service to ship your bike quickly and safely, we are only able to do the cancellation for your order within 12 hours, counting from the time the order is placed )
Any order that gets canceled after 12 hours is subject to a 10% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left the warehouse, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees + 25% restocking fee as well.
