    The new X-Treme Laguna Beach Cruiser Electric Bike is a Lithium Battery powered e-bike cranking out 500 Watts from the Bafang High Torque Zero Resistance Clutch Motor with Digital Torque Sensor. This e-bike features a lightweight, compact lithium LiPo4 48 volt 10.4 Ah integrated battery pack providing a considerable amount of power more significant than our 24 volt or 36-volt models. 

    This e-bike comes with everything Aluminum - every bolt, every nut, every nipple, every spoke. That means no rust! The 100% hand welded lightweight aluminum frame bicycle has Atlus Shimano 9-Speed Gears & Shifting System, Suntour 700C Front Suspension, aluminum rims with quick release axle on the front, and a waterproof quick disconnect on the rear.

     

    Powerful. Laguna comes equipped with the King Meter 5 Speed Smart Power Assist System (SPAS) with a USB Phone Charging Port.

    Better. The electronics of the X-Treme Electric Bicycle are controlled via rider input on the LCD screen attached to the handlebars.

        

    Efficient. Smart PAS with five speeds will enable the bike to operate nearly twice as efficiently as a non-smart assist e-bike because you select the power consumption (speed controls 1-5 setting) on the LCD during your ride. This feature will allow it to possibly reach or exceed 70+ miles per charge when using low SPAS while pedal assisting on flat ground under perfect conditions with a lightweight rider. The LCD also indicates Speed, Distance, and Battery Life.

    Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days (Example: you place your order on Wednesday, and it ships Thursday or Friday.     Do you live in Alaska or Hawaii? No worries, though we cannot offer Free Shipping, we charge no more than what the carriers charge us.

    We usually use USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx Ground Service to ship your order. Certain bulky items ship via Freight Trucks.

If you notice any damage, you must note it when signing for the delivery. It will not be covered if you do not note the transportation-related damage on the delivery receipt.     Cancellations can only be made within 2 hours, starting from the time of the order.

    Any order canceled after 2 hours is subject to a 20% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left the warehouse, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees + a 25% restocking fee. 

    Credit Card Cancellations

    All credit card orders processed and cancelled prior to shipping are subject to a 3% fee which is deducted by our credit card processing partners, regardless of the reason for cancelation.

        • All sales are final on products marked "Non-Returnable."
        • Specially ordered items and custom products are non-returnable and cannot be canceled once production has started.
        • Parcel or freight items that are selectively returned by refusal at the time of delivery are subject to a 35% restocking fee + a $100 Return Shipping Fee. And All shipping charges are always non-refundable, including the Free Shipping.
        • ALL ACCESSORIES ARE NOT RETURNABLE

        Cancellations:                                       

        Cancellations can only be made within 2 hours, starting from the time of the order.

        Any order canceled after 2 hours is subject to a 20% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left the warehouse, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees + a 25% restocking fee. 

        Credit Card Cancellations

        All credit card orders processed and cancelled prior to shipping are subject to a 3% fee which is deducted by our credit card processing partners, regardless of the reason for cancelation. 

        Warranty

        The warranty related to your product will be the policy of the respective manufacturer. We make an effort to display the individual policies. However, these are subject to change, and it is the customer's responsibility to confirm the policy detail. We can sometimes facilitate the communication between you and the manufacturer. However, we are not responsible if the manufacturer is slow to respond or denies your claim. If you order with us, you agree to understand and abide by this.

          I purchased this Ebike over the Internet With no knowledge about the bike. I ask question to owner of electric zip, Andrew before and after purchase. Must say he responded in a timely manner and must say I am extremely happy with the bike. It is esthetically beautiful, exactly as the picture, and rides pretty fast. Highly recommend
